1. Processing Time

– All items are made to order.
– Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

– For orders outside the USA, you may be charged customs fees, import duties, or taxes by your country’s customs office.
– These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

– Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
– We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
– If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
– Check with neighbors or your local post office.
– Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
– If confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
